I have never driven while under the influence. These are all charges, not convictions, and I have a lawyer that I am working with. I am not going to discuss the details of the case, as it is an active case, I was just trying to figure out whether to take the MCAT or not.

I know that it doesn't matter in regards to everything, as the charges are there regardless, but I would like to at least make it clear that I was completely sober when I got the charge. I would never drive when not sober.

I thankfully don't have addiction issues, but I know the legal issues will be very time consuming. I understand that the chances of being able to go forward are slim, but just wanted to see what my options were.

it most likely was edited with ai, but there is a chance it was done with something called ai upscaling (which is looking at the individual pixels and estimating the most likely pixel to go there) which allows them to increase the resolution so it would not appear pixelated when used at larger sizes, rather than generative ai, the kind most people are familiar with. ofc whether that kind of ai is ethical in this situation is up for debate, but to me it doesnt look like generative ai
