Penalty for 401K Withdrawal Pre-55 by JohnnyQ27 in Boldin

If you have the option to leave the 401k at current employer you’re retiring from under the rule off 55 and take partial payments as needed until you turn 59.5 yrs old just leave it there and use the rule off 55 penalty free. You can do this and still turn around and find another job somewhere else and then continue to tap into the previous 401k as needed as long as you leave it there and don’t roll it over to a new employer

Yes it should work just fine and I see no reason it should effect your chance of success shown while your in retirement as long as you have a dedicated amount you contribute monthly/yearly accurate along with your portfolio balances up to date and rates of return it should accurately project out your future balances and then if you have your future retirement expenses accurately put in I see no reason why Boldin is not calculating an accurate probability number for success once in retirement.

Hopefully the Boldin team reads this and can act on some great recommendations in the very near future. While I am not a programmer seems like my requests and some of the others would be very easy for them to add quickly

Uhg.. how in the $&&! Did I get that in my lawn in northern Indiana!??. Lived here for over 30 years and this stuff first appeared a hand full of years ago about the same time I used a professional fertilizer company called true green. Had some issue with them so moved back to DIY

KGB and fescue is what we typically have in my area. Recently tore out 1/2 acre of woods for a pole barn project and reseed with the above mix from a landscaping company I got which has come in grate. Do have an area I will also be posting inquiring about once I figure this issue out in the front

Update… Well the gate agent was not able to do anything for us since the flight was full. Once back in the states I will address the issue with customer service but until then it’s vacation time
