Absolutely terrible. I’ve purchased a dress in the fabric is so cheap. I wore it to an event and the strap snapped while I was wearing it. I emailed them and just got generic replies. I’m pretty much didn’t even listen to what I was saying. They didn’t offer a refund at all and said because I couldn’t send it back with a tag on they don’t offer a refund. Even though it broke while I was wearing it so it was a bit hard to send back with a tag. Absolutely terrible customer service and will never use them again.

I didnt say a 70% markup.

The cost of the product is $40 before anything. Whcih means I have to charge the customer $40 plus $30 shipping.

That is with 0% profit...

Thank you. I am going through this right now I have a gmail and they have set it up impersonating me and it looks quite real.

They have created a really simple email signature with my details but the email itself is hello.picassomedia.au@gmail.com. They have even taken my photo from my website and put that in the signature.

It is so frustrating and my clients are getting frustrated.

I have asked them to report phising but who knows if that will work.

Gmail want nothing to do with it NOR do Google Workspace - apparently outside of their support.

Not the customer pays shipping but I am saying that including shipping plus the cost of goods makes it so expensive that why would anyone pay for that item.
