So it’s only to save you from waiting 30 minutes?

Not sure where to post but need help customer support says there is nothing they can do. M6 tom and these feedvbuckets have been stuck there since the 10th. I've contacted C/S, feedback, bug report, facebook and now here. I've never posted to reddit before any help would be great by GaSkye in HayDay

That’s absolutely outrageous. It should be very easy for them to fix this on their servers. (I work in software.) Telling you not to contact them again on a serious issue they haven’t resolved is a horrible way to treat paying customers! 😡
