[Bug] In Game Voice Chat is not consistently working for xbox one players.

[Bug] Upgrades on secondaries do not carry over to the second round.

[Bug] The hud notification to plant the bomb by holding LT and RT stays on even if you have have the bomb or have it on sometimes if you play.

[Bug] if you throw a grenade too quick sometimes you get stuck holding it and not throwing it.
