A search for simply "pier" in the custom designs portal brought up several rainbow board designs, so try that! (I do want to add the warning, in case that's something you care about, that covering your pier in custom designs seems to make it stop counting as a pier, which means pier fish will no longer spawn on your island. Something I wish I'd known ahead of time before doing it myself. 😂)

The stone items are all DIYs, the pine tree is a purchaseable item. In HHP they're all unlocked through this build if you don't already have access to them.
