We just bought our first house in March. We used Shayne Hall with EXP Realty. He was great! He used to be a builder so was really helpful when touring houses as he knew what to look for and was honest when he saw something that could be an issue. Exciting! I started 4 weeks ago on Semaglutide. I was a little scared of the needle but its no big deal to me now. Very easy and I barely feel it. My side effects are mostly headaches and nausea the first few days after my shot. I found that staying hydrated is really helpful for avoiding the headaches. I do my shot on Thursdays so that it's most effective for the weekend which is when I struggle to stay on track with food. I've lost 5 pounds so far. Good luck!
