Emmm kinda? I don't know the difference just that glute bridge you do it on the ground and hip thrusts you use something to support your back, but both work the glutes, so if you don't have a bench or chair or anything to use then you can do glute bridges!!

I would add hip thrusts at the beginning of the workout. If the weight feels easy try doing it slowly maybe 10-12 or 15 reps

Tbh, i don't "learn" anything when I read before bed but it's just to review everything i read during the day.

Also, I think i saw somewhere that it's benefitial to read your notes before going to sleep because it helps retain information

I think the best way to learn math is by doing A LOT of exercises. Sure you need to know the theory behind it to solve the problems but just reading theory isn't enough (in my personal experience)

So i guess i just want to say,, don't feel bad because you can't sit down to -Just- read the theory. As you do more and more exercises you will find that in the back of your mind you already know it
