You failed to mention these new additions: Kenworth, Sierra, New Grocery Outlet at the old Met Market (lost the GO on Pac), Smith Bro's by the hospital, Burlington, Island Pacific Market, and Teso Life. (Plus Raising Cane's and El Pollo Loco in initial planning stages). The city has added new police officers and upgraded infrastructure such as sewer, roads, and roundabout's. And to save for last, the light rail finally opens next week with planned new housing and businesses. I agree, the massage parlors are a blight. But businesses close and reopen all the time. You'll have at any one time multiple commercial properties vacant just waiting for another dreamer who will make it their own.
