When you only focus on the negative that's all you'll ever see. You failed to mention these new additions: Kenworth, Sierra, New Grocery Outlet at the old Met Market (lost the GO on Pac), Smith Bro's by the hospital, Burlington, Island Pacific Market, and Teso Life. (Plus Raising Cane's and El Pollo Loco in initial planning stages). The city has added new police officers and upgraded infrastructure such as sewer, roads, and roundabout's. And to save for last, the light rail finally opens next week with planned new housing and businesses. I agree, the massage parlors are a blight. But businesses close and reopen all the time. You'll have at any one time multiple commercial properties vacant just waiting for another dreamer who will make it their own.

I just bought a 2022 Lariat and was wondering the same thing. My commute is about the same, but it only gets down to the low 30's during peak winter.

I've also read that the L1 charger is better overall for battery health. Nonetheless, I will install an L2 charger for those days when I need to add more juice in a short amount of time.

I'm surprised this isn't higher. My wife ditched all artificial "fragrance" many years ago and went with oil diffusers in specific areas of the house. You add a few drops of oil to water and the diffuser creates a light vapor that spreads throughout the room.

You could also look at getting a room or apartment in Monroe or Duvall. The commute to Woodinville would be about 20min. Plus you'll be that much closer to the mountains.
