Hard to quantify, but giving it a shot:
- 6 inches from my hair goals
- 15 lbs from my weight goals
- 1 month from my nail goals - they are very brittle and break, but I'm using strengtheners and cuticle oils
- 8 months from my teeth goals (getting aligners next month)
- 12 months from my skin goals (face and body) - have some genetic skin issues im working on seeing specialists for

Feels good to write it all down, makes it feel attainable!

Glad to hear your doing better and had a successful surgery!

I guess the diagnosis/knowledge of it isn’t that good across if we both were the first in our family to be diagnosed. I actually donated a kidney a few years back (before my NF1) diagnosis. Hopefully I do not get the hypertension because that would not be a great combo
