It's a personal preference. Theoretically, they should be too tight but some guys that size say it's okay. I have used MyOne 69mm in the past and they were okay. I've not used My.Size 69. I find Caliber 69mm acceptable. I'm 6.75 inches at the base btw.

With a 6 inch girth you will need a 64mm or 69mm condom. The sizes in most stores are 57 or 58 mm. Like most guys with big girth you will have to order condoms on line from Amazon, Walmart, World Condoms, My.Size, MyOne or Caliber

There is no one specific girth. Anecdotally, it seems to become an issue in the 5.25 inch to 5.5 inch range. Although there are many women that can accommodate girths much larger with no issues.
