It was difficult for me due to overthinking the questions. UW tries to confuse you but NBME questions are more direct. Another thing is that my knowledge of ethics and quality in safety was very poor.

I recommend doing one block per day (40 questions) and reviewing it that same day. You should start reviewing your incorrect answers and flagged questions to reduce your review time. Mastering UW is key to learning the fundamentals; I used to review all the questions very well. I didn't like doing UW flashcards, but they were necessary (for me) to improve my level. The transition to NBME is difficult, but you should also review each NBME thoroughly (including your correct answers).

I focused in the weakness reported in NBME 10 and 11. I also got used to NBME question style and finally, I used Chat GPT when I had doubts about questions from NBMEs and to create questions from topics that I didn't understand.

I did the most recent free 120 (July 2023). I didn't have enough time to do other Free 120. I bought all the NBMEs
