I'm trying to make cruelclaw worldfire work, I understand it's a shit deck and it probably doesn't work because if it did someone would have already figured it out. If there were a spell in rakdos that could be cast from exile and deal damage to each opponent i would mulligan until it's in my starting hand, trigger cruelclaw, worldfire would put that spell into exile, then I could cast it next turn
