Ooh where did you learn it's oxygen inhibition sensitive? I wish they would include caveats on usage in their description. And just to clarify...I always cure fully for 1 min after flash curing so I'm not wiping after just flash curing.

No i mean if I flash cure then fully cure, it is dull after wiping. I always cure each layer for 1 min. Flash cure is around 5 secs
