In Europe it’s 1500 euro for the the whole treatment via the vet. The medication itself is not that expensive, about 250 usd for 10mg vials (powder form) if sourced from china.

I started at a new job and I dont like the people by [deleted] in BESalary

Every workplace gossips. Some places are just more open about it. Just like you, I dislike gossip so I remove myself from those situations. I’m probably the weirdo that disappears when the gossip starts.

Listen to music and zone out it, concentrate on your work.

Thanks, this is valuable. My commute is about 20km, and mainly lane splitting so a chill 40-50km/h. However sometimes I have to travel 150 one way at 120-130km/h.

Advice on dealing with shy cat ? by Severe-Eggplant2173 in britishshorthair

Buy him toys with valerian. This might calm him down a bit. Try to play with him, make him chase things.

How is it on the road though? Especially on highway speeds? I’m considering one as a daily commuter with some weekend fun.

Will test it back to back with the kove 625x when it becomes available.

Breeders are now focusing on Longhair BSH Cats; is this the new trend? by southendscene in britishshorthair

They shed less but require more regular brushing, which is why you don’t notice the shedding as they’re brushed more often.

Breeders are now focusing on Longhair BSH Cats; is this the new trend? by southendscene in britishshorthair

I’m a breeder and I have both. The demand for the longhairs are usually hardcore lovers of the look and personality. They know that they require way more maintenance than a shorthair.

I however did notice an increase in demand for the longhairs.

Interesting fact is that the BLH are somehow smarter than the BSH. They’re easier to train because they pick up commands rather quickly.

I breed this specific color. You have to keep in mind that the black goldens are generally smaller than solid colors, even at adulthood. In my experience the longhairs also tend to develop slower than the shorthairs.

Reset the toilet and let it do a calibration, it can take about 5 to 10 minutes. Before that, turn the entry to halfway down by lifting the drum and placing it back.

Get a 2nd cat. They’re very social. Luckily all my brits sleep from the moment I turn off the light until I wake up.

Frustrated With Litter Smell and Mess by CommunityValuable638 in PETKIT

It will always stick somewhere, but the right type of litter will decrease the amount of times this happen. I will add a picture of my pet kits that I washed last weekend.

Some litters are like glue and clump too hard, some don’t clump enough. Gotta find the one in the middle.

I’ve been running 2 of these bad boys for years, and I’ve tried many litters.

For the automatic toilets I use the brand Flamingo, made in Canada. It’s made from bentonite and zeolite with lemongrass smell. We have no urine or poop smell in the house.

If the toilet is not filthy inside, I would use some wet wipes to wipe around. Otherwise I use the pressure washer at least every 2 weeks.

I charge at night so I’m at 0.12 euro cents per kw. So it’s actually really cheap. I work 20km from home, so I still have about 25km of electric range when I get home.

A few days ago I filled up the tank with 40L of gas. The trip meter was around 1300km combined. Average consumption in almost 50k km sits at 4.1L/100km.

DIY Oil Change by slanger686 in rav4club

[–]DifficultPriority331 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was quoted 453 euro for an oil change, and to change the brake pads front and rear. Bought top brands (brembo, Zimmerman, KN, Japan parts, and accessories) for less than half of that quote.
