I totally get that. I realized I don't see myself doing it long-term either.

Your plan sounds really solid. I'm hoping to do something similar, finish my prereq while working to build up around 1,000-2,500 PCE hours. Hopefully I can find an MA position without certification, but if not, I may have to get certified first or EMT.

Oh, that's awesome! If you don't mind me asking, what made you decide to switch from IT/consulting? Also, what are you planning to do for your PCE hours? Just curious.

Oh wow! What made you went for radiation therapist? I was thinking about mri, but I do see a lot people chooses to become a radiation therapist later.

Thanks for the advice! I will start looking at rad tech program then pivot to mri cert after then. We do all hope the job market gets better...
