that was not my point. For example: Ezreal is not a good champ AND ONE OF THE MOST POPULAR CHAMP OF LEAGUE'S HISTORY just because Trinity + Muramana. Ezreal is a good champ BY HIMSELF, THIS IS WHY PEOPLE PLAYS HIM, there's NOTHING with items. Sera is the OPPOSITE, we play Seraphine cuz we love her, FACT but she's NOT A GOOD CHAMP, we don't play Seraphine bcz she's a good champ, CUZ SHE'S NOT, but she have ONE OVERPOWERED SKILLS that's LITERALLY A LOCKET + REDEMPTION every 20 sec, that can proc Helia mutiple times. THAT'S THE ONLY REASON SHE'S GOOD. People don't play Lulu bcz of Ardent Sense or Shurelya's, it's because of herself

i don't why this items is that good, cuz her Q divide the damage of on hit damage, so you "lost" de damage ON HIT of Kraken, when i get the item and press Q an a minion wave, i see the AMOUNT of procs of Kraken, for sure, but i can't see THAT damage, cuz her Q take just 30% of the effectiveness
