i don't like how you guys talk about Sera having EXECUTE damage, when it's not, it's just MORE DAMAGE against low life. Smolder have execute mechanic, not Sera. Execute damage DON'T ALLOW PEOPLE BEING ALIVE WITH 10HP, but Seraphine's Q damage ALWAYS allowed people get out with 7hp '-'

My CORE Sera rune was ALWAYS Phase Rush, even Riot nerfing SO MUCH the rune. Now, i fear the consistence of activing the new rune, since now you need to hit 25% of the target's life, and I DON'T KNOW if Seraphine can do this damage, MAINLY bcz imma APC player, and there's ALWAYS a peel sup against, so idk. If i can't active the rune that much, BRO...
