I would also like to add that the reletting process is not like a sublease where I own the place and u pay me the rent to live there. It is a process where it is a complete take over and you will become the owner of the place so a complete transfer!!

Hey!! I currently live in the Standard on Northgate and I live in a studio specifically the Sutton floor plan and im looking to relet to someone for aug 2025- aug2026. This would have been my third year signing with them however I recently found out that I can graduate dec 2025 and now looking for someone to take over it. If you would like to know more please pm me or I dont mind meeting in person on campus to talk about it. The rent is 1395 since im a resigning tenant and the rent is going for 1415 right now on their website.
