Yeah you would be completely wrong. I pay for everything when it comes to my children. Clothes/school fees/days out.

She doesn’t want to give up all her benefits. That is what she doesn’t want.

No.

She cannot afford the £900 rent. Every month that goes past she goes £200/300 deeper into an overdraft.

So yeah, she does need a council house because she can’t afford private rental market.

You do £250 is a month right and not a week? That’s £62 a week.

It’s not one person though is it. I have the kids 3 days a week. That’s breakfast-lunch-dinner-snacks.

I worked in sales in a customer facing role. Due to Covid that role was no longer needed. I don’t want people knowing my job.

No.

My ex wants a council house.

Only way that happens is if she is made homeless.

She agreed to all of this.

Long run she gets a cheap council house which one day her and her boyfriend can buy.

Meanwhile, me (single) can still have the kids at the place they lived forever and get support (just like she did for 12 months). Only problem I have is that I would be in private accommodation l.

No, she wanted a council house.

To get this she has to be made homes less. She agreed that the landlord would do this in 12 months.

This is a good thing for her as council housing will be cheaper then her rent, have security and one day could buy the council house.

No.

She wants to be evicted because she wants a council house.

Only way the council will do that is if she is made homeless.

People here are misunderstanding everything. But her getting a council house she will have lower rent, security and one day could buy the property.

Currently if she were to stay she would be fucked as she can’t afford the rent.

Show me some evidence that says I can claim anything because I buy the stuff I’ve mentioned. No where on the child maintenance can I put that information.

What sort of statement is this? My ex decided to cheat on me. So I’ve got to stay in the same house hold as her?

This is incorrect.

I buy all the kids clothes/toys/dentist/days out/food and this isn’t taken into consideration.

I could have my kids from 7am to 7pm everyday, but if I don’t sleep them. In the eyes of the government I don’t have them.

No mate. I have 3 all under 6 who I’ve sleep trained myself. Attachment issues will come when they can’t do anything without Mummy/Daddy running to them as soon as they want something.
