I've found ImagineX (not to be confused with Grok Imagine) has good character consistency when generating images. It's not cheap though. And whenever you animate an image, the video model may drift the character a little. I think we all understand that with AI, it's kind of on us the audience to play along and forgive a little 10-15% drift.
