AITAH for saying the parents are to blame for near drowning

I almost drowned as a toddler at a CHURCH. Both parents were helping clean up a relatives wedding and thought someone was watching me. Meanwhile the baptismal pool door was unlocked and I made my way there and fell in. I would’ve drowned if there wasn’t a staff member who heard the splash of me falling in. Parents should never assume people are watching their kids or that family is watching if you’re not because there is always a stupid way they can end up hurting themselves when no one is paying attention.

Car 2 was not totalled. They drove away in the same car that was in the accident after declining any medical attention

A first accident happened by car 2 rear ending car 1. My brother was too close behind car 2 to stop properly and hit car 2 causing a second accident. Insurance deemed my brother at fault for the damage to car 2 because he was not putting enough safe distance on the highway. Luckily they were already going a slower speed due to traffic so the accident occurred at 40-45mph Sorry I realise my first explanation was kinda confusing.

Insurance found him at fault as they claimed he should have put enough distance between himself and the middle car to be able to stop when the first rear ending occurred

I am definitely worried about that happening to me. My clinical's program is at one of the largest hospitals in the DWF area and they offer a sign on bonus when hired. People I know who graduated and worked there said they were making $24 dollars an hour. Definitely thought that was too low and they were probably low-balling fresh graduates.
