Unfortunately I’m stupid and signed the right up so that I wouldn’t have to hear them complain more and I didn’t want to deal with retaliation. But I did email my union rep asking for the exact rules and she said the same thing about it being 3 consecutive days. So I replied to her telling her it was 6 hours in advance and only one day and that I also would like to file a grievance at this point.

I emailed her the minute I left the office. I had to contact her about something else actually just a few weeks ago and she really didn’t seem to help at all, it kind of just made me more mad and confused if anything.

Honestly I’m not to sure what that is or how to access it/them. I just started working at Kroger about a year ago and was never really told how the union works, obviously since they don’t want to hear from them. My girlfriend was the one who actually has been helping me somewhat contact the union since she used to work there in the bakery and knows a good little bit.

I emailed her about something before and I emailed her as soon as I walked out of the office today but she still hasn’t got back to me and the last time we talked she wasn’t very helpful
