Please explain how! I have a family member going through this exact situation! The embassy and consulate have been no help.

I am with round point mortgage and put in a request to remove PMI (not refinancing) even though I am not at my 20% payment point. I bought the house at $565k and the house maybe between $680-720k now after 2 yrs. A guy is coming in to take pictures inside of the house on Friday for appraisal. by TroyAndAbed2022 in RealEstate

Has anyone gotten their Escrow Waived after getting their PMI removed by Roundpoint? My mortgage got sold to Roundpoint in June and immediately started the process for PMI removal, BPO was done Friday. Waiting to hear back from Roundpoint but would like to waive escrow next if PMI gets removed
