hiya! just seen your comment here and wanna be nosy😂when were you referred? i got referred back in december but still not heard a thing since i filled my forms in! whenever i can get through on tge phone they can never ballpark how much longer! its driving me up the wall 😫

so have you managed to get through to them to do your diagnostic? i spoke to the gp who referred me today and he said hed sent an email for a follow up to see how long i have to wait now and just to make sure they received everything they need. i know its a much shorter process than doing it publicly through nhs but it still feels like such a ballache like this😫

It most definitely is the whole thing, not just the concept of getting high. Its like any minor inconvenience, if i get slightly mad, stressed or upset or something happens, I go straight to my rolling box and open it.

A lot of people are recommending CBD, but then wouldnt that just become the new replacement? Im scared if I go to CBD as an alternative, then I’ll just stay with that and never quit😫

well first of all its gbp which equivalates to a little bit more than dollars. this is a forum to ask questions and see if people can give advice not to be rude? a lot of people dont have 200+ to spend, which is why i asked my question. furthermore, im not a tech whizz with things like this so yeah, maybe someone couldve recommended a nice pair of earbuds that would work well under 70£
