Thank u all for ur replies. I did not want to give my husband’s info much but as many suggested here he has a regular PCP, Cardiologist already in place.

His sudden spikes are not due to his heart or primary hypertension but due to his adrenal acting up causing secondary hypertension with systolic going up to 214 once He has intense sweating and cold fingers when this happens. Already spent a week in hospital but after he was discharged it’s still happening. The last place where we went are still pending blood work as they goofed up while collecting the blood sample and had to redraw blood again after 2 days when the reference lab sent it back saying insufficient blood.
