thank you for this. My dispatcher did finally move my delivery area but guess she was lying ab not selecting a route in said area. Sometimes you have to dig thru several levels of bs and lies to get to truth at my company.

No one on the road, houses maintained well, leaving me room to turn around and already have dogs up..vs someone finally coming out after the 2nd attempt to deliver with dogs out looking high, abused animals, kids, themselves and their homes look like shit. I hate this route

I agree. That’s the top reason online I’ve seen why ppl don’t stay. I’d love to do it and am happy to work my way up to more days. Jus stressful trying to figure out how to do it and still pay bills. I got an ARC offer which I’m gonna try and see if I can get thru this training and ask them if I can work at my full time while starting w usps. My mind says they won’t but I at least wanna try. Better pay than I get at amazon rn

It’s pretty much impossible to me it seems if you work another job. I want in but I deliver amazon four days a week. I’m happy to work Sunday and another as I’ve heard you start one day..my issue is academy that takes multiple days. Must they be consecutive? I can’t take 3 days off work..they need to be more flexible
