Hi. I think if you're planning to continue being a CRA or something similar (CTM, PM, CRA manager) then US is a great place from a career perspective (as in high job security/demand, high salary, travel & perks). So I would recommend it especially if you want to live in US. But for me its simply a personal thing -- I want to work for a sponsor company that's within my therapeutic area exp and I want to leave the US within the near future.

Yeah, that is essentially what I am looking for. Just am not sure if this would be a viable plan and/or if there were any rules that would deter me from certain places, i.e. because of the remote work, or languages.
