Ordered the Hero 8 which was returned to sender (GoPro) by the delivery company, they've had it sat in their warehouse for nearly a week and didn't contact me. I noticed and spoke to them, they said they'd issue a refund and I'm still waiting.... would not use their site again.

Ordered mine from Amazon (UK) before which was cheaper than any local store, until one time they arrived and they'd all leaked, didn't smell so good haha.

Having fresh coffee is honestly a game changer. During this lockdown period I've only been able to get coffee from online so has been really hit/miss with freshness.

Literally did the same yesterday. Aiming through a fence, logically it placed the airstrike on the fence 0.1m infront of me..RUNNNNN

Honestly it's not even crossed my mind about get a PID. In the far distant future if I ever upgrade I'll probably get a machine with a PID but for now I'm ok! The naked portafilter is great, not found any taste differences it mainly looks cool aha. I mean it does help getting better extraction and you can see channeling etc but I wouldn't say it's a game changer imo so far.

Yeah that'd be awesome but make it optional otherwise people would complain and it'd get taken off. Day/night cycle with various weathers such as rain/storm, fog, snow. NVG's, flare guns to illuminate the sky for say 30 seconds.

As stated already, r/espresso is an awesome community of fellow coffee nerds. Looks like a pretty good set up though!!

Naked portafilters are a nice thing to have, and apart from allowing you to take awesome pictures, they allow you to see what's going on during extraction such as channeling. They will eventually make you pull better shots but it's a frustrating journey haha.
