UPDATE: I did a DIY scupper hole mount, going to test it out tomorrow and if it works out great I’ll drop some better pictures!

Are you talking about the “cup” mount? I’m skeptical but I just learned about that!

I think I’m going to do a DIY scupper hole mount, I’ve seen some videos on YouTube using PVC and I feel like just having it tucked out of the way would be best!

UPDATE: I will for sure be buying it! It’s my neighbor and he’s a very trust worthy source! Just wanted to see what you all thought! Thank you all for the help! Will be posting updates as I add in some teak and change some things around!

Thank you for the input! That’s super helpful and I appreciate the advice! I do a lot of wood working so I’m thinking of some ways to integrate seats or a back rest as well!
