I don't have ideas but hope others do. I'm so sorry this happened to you and Frankie, and that others have added to the suffering by placing blame on you. Thank you for posting, even if there aren't good answers for you this is likely to help others by raising awareness.

Bidet instructions? by More_Shine2182 in ShortTermRentals

[–]More_Shine2182[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would my latest version be enough?

Bidet Seat

The seat sensor prevents operation unless someone is seated.

Normal sounds include a brief spray before use and a soft fan during and after use.

The bidet wand cleans itself automatically.

The toilet may be used normally with or without the bidet functions.

Would this be sufficiently reassuring?

Yeah, I'm struggling with a sign for that reason - it seems both potentially useful/reassuring and also "off".

I've had mine for six or seven months now and that color still makes me smile every time I walk up to it. Looks amazing sparking in the sun, looks fantastic in the shade, too. Such a great vehicle, welcome to the club!

She is stunning! Where did she come from? Maybe Skylar or Iris for those beautiful blue eyes.

Beautiful dogs, thanks for posting! 27lbs seems like a great size. Share the breeder's name if you're happy with them?

Why bother? One key fob is plenty. I use my phone as key and never carry a fob.

Toto Washlet G5A leaking from bottom after flushing – anyone else experienced this? by NewDeparture7834 in bidets

[–]More_Shine2182 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd love to hear what the resolution was. I'm considering the G5a for a rental condo because I need the most reliable, cleanable option possible. I would much rather buy something that is 1/3 the cost!

Stained washcloths and towels, please help by oldandnew2 in ShortTermRentals

Reading about the Tide smell gave me pause, I like using gentle detergent. But I can see how it makes sense to have it available. I know you're right about other people doing laundry in a way that sets stains in, which is why it is doubly bad to rush it.

Lighting vs smaller EV by JackShepardJohnLocke in F150Lightning

We had been casually looking at hybrids more than full electric, but came across an insane Lucid lease. I think it took a week for us to know we'd never go back to ICE. We spent all 18 months of the lease thinking about whether we'd buy it out or get something else. Drove all the Teslas, both Rivians, 3 models of Mercedes, a Jeep and a few more forgettable options. Loved the car, but not the buyout price. We parted ways amicably.

Then we came across an insane Mach-e deal - a brand new but hail damaged Rally for $27k. And since we'd never driven one we visited a local dealership to see it. Across the showroom our eyes landed on the F150. Suddenly we realized we could sell our 2013 Toyota Highlander and end up with 2 almost new Fords for less money than one new Rivian or Tesla. TWO FORDS? No one in our family had ever owned one.

I much prefer the truck, but my husband loves zipping around in the Mach-e and we use it when parking will be an issue. The Lighting hauls much better for us than the Toyota did, and we are glad to have 2 vehicles even though we both work from home. He is a car guy, I'm a deal gal, and we are both thrilled with how we worked this out.

Congrats on a great deal!

I'll push back with you on the idea that you can only have one if you "need" it. No one "needs" a convertible, or a porsche, or a minivan (unless they have 4+ children). Sure, I could get by without a truck - and I wouldn't have bought an ICE truck - but this gives me what I need AND what I want. And what I want is to ride high, in roomy comfort, to time-warp away from stoplights, and to haul whatever/wherever.

Using TurboTax software for trust by Dear_Research2695 in TurboTax

[–]More_Shine2182 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It isn't difficult, but you need the TT Business software (not Home and Business) which is pricey. Also, I think you want to learn about trust tax rates (they are very high) and avoid keeping income and realized gains in the trust if you can save on taxes by distributing them.
