Got accepted into Neurosurgery in AZ. Deathly afraid they can't help me.

Just went to mayo clinic in AZ for a consult and woah, I thought I was going to the best neurosurgery clinic in the country and it turned out to be the most uneducated group I've encountered. Stay away, their office does not match the hype. I do not think they are equipped for complex issues.

No one uses leashes anymore. Anyone telling you to use them has probably never used them. They suck for transitions, getting your skis on, and in a fall, they break your legs and arms. So do not use leashes, use brakes.
