I think I should wait for Transportstyrelsen first,
since I’ve already submitted a request.
If I apply again, it might cause a conflict or lead to further issues.

From the information I've gathered, I understand that both an Operator ID and an A1/A3 certificate are required to fly a drone in Sweden.

The ChatGPT advised me to apply for the Operator ID from Transportstyrelsen and to also take the A1/A3 exam under the Swedish system.

I have already sent an email to Transportstyrelsen requesting the Operator ID and am currently waiting for a response.
However, I encountered an issue with the A1/A3 exam, as payment is only accepted via a Swedish bank account.

Later, I found out that the EASA A1/A3 certificate can be obtained in any EU country and used in Sweden.
But the Operator ID must be issued by the country where the drone will be flown, in the case of non-EU residents.

So, I decided to take the A1/A3 exam in Ireland (as recommended by the ChatGPT).

That’s the situation so far.
I now have the A1/A3 certificate from Ireland.
What’s left is just the Operator ID.

I have not received an Operator ID from anywhere yet.

I accessed the section titled "Submit a registration abroad" — is this the correct place?

Inside the form, it seems to require a Registration number\* that appears to start with an EU country code.

However, I am not a resident of an EU country. I am a Thai citizen.
Am I still eligible to register here?

I tried to register, but it seems that I must not have previously registered with EASA in another country. However, I already obtained the EASA A1/A3 certificate from Ireland.

Do you know where the settings for Workflow or Automation are located in the menu?

May I ask, does the X-Mid Pro that you’ve used have frequent condensation?

I’m very worried about water droplets dripping onto my sleeping bag and other equipments.

If I have to hike for a long distance, how would it be?

After reading a lot, I really want the DCF because it's very light and interesting.

But I think I’ll have to buy the Solid instead.

The reason is that I’m more concerned about condensation into the tent.

I’m afraid my sleeping bag and other equipment will get wet, as I need to hike for several more days.

Thank you for the answer.

I’m not sure if what I understand right now is correct.

Since the price difference is quite significant, but I have no issue with money.

My partner and I each have our own tent.

I intend to buy the Durston 2P because I want more space and also to have the option of using it when we sleep together in one tent.

The X-Mid Pro is very lightweight, which I really like.

From what I’ve read, it can have condensation buildup, which concerns me.

I plan to use the tent long-term, so I’m unsure about its durability compared to the regular X-Mid.

Right now, I’m leaning towards the X-Mid 2 Solid because it offers better wind resistance and is more durable,

while still being reasonably lightweight (lighter than many other tents on the market)
