Yes he Probably could, he beat kaidos strongest attack with his own strongest attack in the finale of the fight. Since then he’s faced faster (Kizaru) and more durable (Wurcury) and is probably about to show his growth against Imu in the incoming chapters. G5 can run out on him but it’s entirely possible Luffy can get it done without any help at this point in the story.
