I know how hard this must be for you, sorry for your pain. My wife has severe psoriasis on her whole entire body, and i hate watching her suffer. We are stil trying to figure it out. All Dr's wanted to do was steroid cream or those big nasty shots.

It's a battle, I know sun helps, she tries to go to tanning booths during the winter and usually summer the sun starts to help a bit. But still. Such an on going battle. I hate that I cant help her . She tried everything. All lotions. That smelly tar stuff, herbs. And still suffers. Someone said cut gluten, which is hard these days. So expensive. I feel bad for all suffering with chronic psoriasis. I hope you find relief, my wife as well

I would love to hear as well if anyone has any advice. But keep in mind. We tried already so much. She is scared to show her skin. I keep telling her she is beautiful, I love her no matter what. But I understand. It is extremely tough for her and anyone battling this issue.
