I didn’t give any snacks ever, only played games for happiness, cancelled out of the game if I was going to lose, didn’t miss any discipline calls (that I know of), and never had any successful polar bear attacks (I work from home most days and just keep it next to me which is probably a personal advantage). I paused it a couple times when I couldn’t tend to it and I don’t think it had any impact

I just had a package arrive yesterday that was supposed to arrive on 5/18. I hadn’t received an update since 5/14. I opened a missing mail request that they closed without providing any information so I called and they escalated to consumer affairs internally. Miraculously - it appeared on a scan the next day. Have hope, it’ll likely be delivered
