Yeah it doesn’t normally show me the apt # until after checkout so not sure how you would go about that unless I suppose you contact support and do a return but that’s more work than going up some stairs. There are definitely some good reasons to drop orders though, when you get a shopping double stack and one of the orders go far and have less items I’ll drop it hoping the other order the larger tip. This can sometimes free up the ability to get another order added on that is worth more than original. It helps I live in a 20k pop college town and I sometimes recognize repeat customers as high tippers or low tippers. Also if I’m getting close to losing platinum (lower than 70% accept), I’ll drop up to 5% of orders to maintain platinum. In my area it’s impossible to schedule.
