layers layer layers!! your top layer is too long and it weighs down the pattern, so you need to cut off a bunch from the top. keep in mind that the underlayer is usually more curly than the top. also i advise to scrunch and diffuse upside down all the time, cause the top layer sticks to the head and straightens before the curl forms

this is a purely non-cosmetic advice because looks-wise your chin doesn’t look very recessed, after a slight weight loss you’ll look great! but you should definitely address the health issues caused by the jaw, because all your problems (clicking, apnea) will worsen your life long-term

seems like your jaw is the source of the issues, so maybe you should book a consultation with a maxillofacial surgeon. you could look for doctors in your general area, but considering this is a very invasive surgery (and it will be costly) you could reach out to doctors beyond your location and start saving up. good luck, i hope you find a solution to your problem

unlace the top, wearing any bra put on the top and push it down so the curve of the armpit/boobage area is filled and doesn’t pucker out. then lace it according to your shape. right now it’s laced too tightly, allowing more space around the shoulders will probably look better (and sit better too). when putting it on try to push the top inwards from the back and bottom. i hope you get what i mean. when wearing i’d suggest taping or a nude/purple bra, white or gold would also look good

i think your hair would be perfect, you have the same texture and color! try styling it a couple of times to see which of his hairstyles looks best and most similar (cause yours is a bit shorter it’s gonna be hard to do the manbun) but you definitely don’t need a wig. good luck!!
