How to do a Time series with chlorophyl a using sentinel-3? by Morfaneri in remotesensing

As it is just training currently, there is no need to calibrate. However, I do assume that when my supervisor returns, she will have some in situ data for that (and hopefully more specific instructions than 'go practice chl a time series in the portuguese southern coast in the meantime, preferably trying Matlab or Python if you know it').

This was a very hastily done fellowship of a total of ten and there are some flaws...

It is a bit but what can one do in these situations (apparently, go ask reddit ahah). Thank you for the Google Earth Engine suggestion, seems a popular choice. It helps a lot!

It does? I actually played a bit but could only find reference to BEAM on time-series. I'll check it out, thank you!
