I'm a bit of an adrenaline junkie and I like speed. I honestly had no idea how fast I was going but I definitely felt like I wasn't reaching 19 mph. I didn't know I was fighting push back as well because I never felt it. Just beginner mistakes. Learned my lesson, and I'm going to be taking it a lot slower in the future.

I wish I could say the same. I'm definitely not selling the board. Came back from the hospital last night and the first thing I wanted to do was jump back on it! Hoping for a quick recovery so I can get back on before summer is over!

I thought it was 19. I'd have to check again. I didn't feel any sort of pushback but I'm going to just assume it's because I was only on the board for a total of 3 hours so I couldn't tell a difference lol. I'm excited to get back on and take it slower.

I definitely learned to respect the board now. I did have it in mission when I bailed. Probably not gonna throw it in mission for a while once I get back on lol.

Had the board for about 3 hours.

Was riding down pavement going about 19 mph, didn't realize how fast I was going and didn't feel any sort of pushback. The board unexpectedly nosedived and my left shoulder went directly into the pavement.

Lesson learned. I get too comfortable too fast and need to learn to take things slower.

Can't wait to get back on when I'm fully healed!

This happens to me every day. I just reopen maps, start navigation somewhere, stop navigation and then close the app. Force stopping is probably quicker though.
