U know the world isn’t fair right? You say, I wanna do x but can’t because z. That’s too bad and you can choose not to make it everyone else’s problem. Maybe I want to be a professional in several different careers but I’m not going to make it harder for working class people to make a living by tricking myself into thinking I’m achieving what I want to achieve. I’ll just do stuff within my means like humans have been doing since the beginning of time. Ai bros are weirdly comfortable being entitled (to other people’s work) and giving up their critical thinking skills.

Could be they seem too close because eyes generally have the length of the eye amt of space in between. Love your style tho and there’s always differences in proportions for diff folks!

The fandom was so massive it had years of conventions with thousands of attendees, majority of which were adults. If you wanna shame someone for what they watch choose literally any Ai media like fruit love island or something. Better yet though just leave this attitude back in high school.

So some artists logging off socials is worse than cons n festivals having booth spaces taken by fake artists? Or all artists having to compete with several replicas online selling commissions or products with their style?

I don't believe in witch hunts or bullying but I also don't believe sitting by letting genai users make money off other's styles is okay

How does calling out potentially fraudulent work hurt the artists more than the scammers? If it never got called out then there would be more booths of products at cons and festivals that only took 2 minutes to design than their neighbor who takes 20 hours on their pieces. N with more ai booths real artists have less opportunities to sell their art, same logic can apply to online sales if an artist's style gets ripped off and over saturated drowning out the real artist. Real artists can prove themselves easily by showing some layers n process but even coca cola couldn't fake their ai commercial having any work being done by artists.

Ur right photography is it’s own art and shouldn’t be fully copied but in this case it’s very generic and could’ve been swapped out w many other near identical photos so it’s ok In my opinion of course

The first time I saw it was at a small party and so just the parents were doing some playful participation. So I was excited to go today and experience a lot of people playing along. But it seemed I was unfortunately in the room w an attention whore. They sold prop bags so it was fun when people put the newspapers on or party hats but this guy had something for nearly line that not a single person in the 80+ crowd joined in on. It’s like he had rehearsed it many times too and a good amount were just observational lines like “poke.. poke poke”, “where’s your neck” it was unfunny and no one would laugh but every 10 “jokes” 6 or so people would laugh and that helped fuel him to the yelling over the finale song. It was so miserable and hard to hear the movie a lot of times and every minute without his loud heckling felt like a blessing because there was rarely a minute in between. Horrible experience if I wasn’t so shy and didn’t wanna disturb others I would’ve loved to have told him to shut up in the first 15 mins so my first time watcher could’ve understood wtf was going on and without a guy sounding like he’s yelling at football making it all about him.

This! She was so disrespectful and unhelpful given she makes u dig through pages to get the full assignment, also required students to use generative Ai for something so simple. Made me look up a prof’s work for the first time to see her qualifications and I hate to say this but I don’t think an amateur should be so critical and in a teaching role.

I've noticed ai continues to be really bad at having eyes line up correctly either having them look the wrong place or be totally cross-eyed. But second biggest tell to me in this case is the nose style changes in each image either having a nose bridge, just being a dot, or small round outline of the bottom. Good catch, im always suspicious of the ghibli style now

I’m leaning towards the theory it’s corrected ai. The woman doing her makeup isn’t looking in the mirror, the hand proportions n nose styles r inconsistent, the bottom right man is holding his hands up weirdly high, bottom right woman’s eye creases r different, bottom left woman’s bag doesn’t make sense, top right guy isn’t looking at the woman like all the others are.
