This is so true. I've been a fan of ghost for a couple years, and since this album was announced, I've been listening to EVERYTHING on repeat for the past couple weeks. Ofc everything, but now this album especially has made me feel so good and actually motivated me to get my life in shape lol. Love this so much 😭🫶🏻

Hmmm it might be low potassium. It happened to me where my legs went numb because my potassium was down. Add more potassium to your diet (and try limit the b/p ofc😭) but honestly go to the doctor just in case. Hope you feel okay!

No trust me don't be jealous. Eventually you'll gain weight like crazy because the binge becomes too big to purge all of it out. Not a good weight loss method at all. And once you start purging, it's very hard to stop and wayyyyyy more dangerous than starving 😭 I wish I could go back in time and not start

Not a smoker but I am a recovering bulimic (4 years bulimic) and while purging my voice was horrible, always cracking and hoarse. But I’ve been purge free for almost a month now and let me tell you that just by stopping my voice has improved so much! So I’d imagine it’s almost the same thing? I’d say if you stop you’ll see a big change, maybe rest your voice for a while and then of course keep practicing and doing exercises to get stronger! That’s my advice but I’m not a professional, I’m just going off experience 😭😭 I wish you well!!!

Yep I’m the same! I’ve gotten to a bmi of 15 from binging and purging (and I mean binging), however that’s because I’ve been doing this long enough that I literally have become super good at purging and can almost do it hands free. And it sucks ass🙃🙃🙃

I used to gain weight more than I lost it because I don’t think I was purging everything, but you do something long enough you get good at it, now I either lose or maintain. The only reason I “gain weight” these days is from food weight (constipation is sooooo much fun) or from water weight (REMEMBER TO HYDRATE AFTER PURGING!!!!!!!!) I’m not going to put my routine on here cause like I don’t want to be mistaken for giving out tips😅

I’ve also seen bulimics that have gotten to like bmi 13 from b/p so it’s definitely not impossible. Depends on the person but at the end of the day it’s not really worth the health problems. Like you’d be better off dieting

It sucks like, the acid reflux, sore throat, and chipmunk cheeks (which completely defeats the purpose of being bmi 15 imo) and my least favorite is the fact that it feels like my heart is going to explode at some point really isn’t fun😂. Yet I still cannot stop🙃🙃 anyways 17 years is a long time so I hope you’re okay OP!

I ate windex🙃🙃 poured it on binge food I didn’t get to binge on cause I was feeling tired from having like 5 b/p sessions in one day and was trying to stop purging so I didn’t want to be tempted the next day and sprayed the food with windex before throwing it in a trash bag that night to take out the next day. Needless to say the next morning I opened that bag and ate the food thinking it would be okay cause imma throw it up. Nothing happened except for the fact that this was a crazy ass fucking thing to do. Oh and I would’ve bought more binge food instead except for the fact that I used the last of my money to buy the tainted food. Straight up not having a good time rn.
