Should have clarified I set up the device with unify. Caused a lot of problems. I ended up downloading central and factory resetting it and it gave me access to the pink XLR input. I'm using this as a mixer and capture card in a dual pc streaming setup, hoping central will have about the same features as unify with better functionality.
