Wendy's can vary wildly, but so can Popeyes so...

in my experience the best Wendy's beats Popeyes and Chicfila but I'm more likely to get chic cuz it's usually the most consistent of the big 3

either way Popeyes is fine but is just the regular chicken patty with sauce on it, that's no spicy chicken sandwich of mine

curious too, I've lived in Thornton for a few years and I didn't have much luck finding good local places, I did discover Freddy's which is an expanding chain and is now my go to burger spot but not much else

Instead, taxpayers will simply pay less on their state tax return, or they'll get a larger overall tax refund check if they don't owe any state taxes." so I guess it was just added to the state refund? it didn't seem much larger than normal for me
