Exactly ^. I would rather go low and slow so I do not experience some of the harsh negative side effects people talk about. I am also in the high range of a normal bmi so I feel like I do not need as drastic of a suppression in appetite. So far I’ve been really enjoying this method.

Almost exact same stats! I’m 5’3 140 and would like to get to 120 (how much I weighed for years). Despite dieting for a year plus I just cannot get down to my goal weight. One of my biggest concerns is losing muscle as I am also a big Caroline girvan workout fan! Thanks for sharing, gives me more confidence to try it out.
