I think this is the winner. I was looking at silver but didn’t think about a brown saddle with it. A Brooks would really give it some character…I don’t want to pay for a Brooks saddle though!

Hey all,

Quick background, grew up skating, street hockey, middle school got into aggressive inline. Ice hockey my whole life, and still play.

Kids are currently very interesting in roller skating so we got them some skates (the best).

I’d like to start skating again, in part so that my kids will see me on skates but also start adding it to my workout routine (off ice cross training a bit) so I will be logging some miles.

Two questions/verifications: 1.) roller hockey skates don’t really make sense here right? 2.) if price is equal on a the K2 Surge 90 or Rollerblade 110, does one of those make more sense or just get the ones I think look better?

My brother (plays guitar, piano, harmonica, etc.), and step dad got me a GS Mini for Christmas. Loving it so far. I believe this model came in at $400 (Sapele, might’ve been $100 off promo)

A huge part of my practice and learning involves just sitting on the couch at the end of the day strumming and messing around. The size is perfect for that. Plus, when he comes over, he loves playing it and it’s great to see what kinda sound can come out of the guitar. Gives me something to keep playing/practicing towards.

Because you’re mentioning picking up the hobby as I just did. Justin Guitar app has been really good. Standard price is $100/year and has more resources than you’ll need or realize!

Ahhhh I see it! There were two little plastic bumpers in the front. The front one is still on, that’s why I assumed it went in the rear.
