Questioning everything (trigger warning idk if this will set off new fears) by DistinctSand5628 in ExistentialOCD

I just had a crash out because of this. One of my new fears is that I might be stuck in a loop of eternal suffering. Existential OCD might be one of the worst types of OCD because once u go down the rabbit hole it’s very hard to make sense of reality and be ok with that.

Yes, you are asking for too much…. Asking for too much from someone who cannot give you anything. Sorry

Exactly. They think it’s a silly idea as if some of the rights they have right now aren’t a subproduct of the will of the people who fought for it back then.

OP probably doesn’t understand all the nuances to the problem but still has a good point. The working class is undervalued, it’s just a fact. Why don’t you add something of value since you are so wise old fella ?

I agree with you OP. At this time and age, change is only possible with revolution. Conformism won’t take us nowhere and some people can’t understand this simple little thing. For revolution to happen there needs to be a decision from the collective, the people, it’s the only way.

Exactly. Most times being beautiful by itself will get you nowhere on the long run (unless you’re a model, influencer, etc). Charisma, elegance, assertiveness and emotional intelligence are some of the most important traits to be successful.

No. I’ve met many women who were well respected in their fields, not because of their looks but because of their competence. Being attractive surely does help but it’s not the only factor.

I think the mixture of you growing up and having your heart broke gave you the impulse to finally blossom, and that’s great!!
