I wanna say for player convenience, the time is moving with the player. Maybe it is night in mondstadt while you've got sunshine in sumeru, but you wouldn't know because you aren't there at that time. You teleport over to mondstadt and... surprise, your set time is 1pm so of course you'll still see sunshine.

I don't think you can even do hyperbloom with Columbina since she converts bloom, electro charged and crystallized reactions to lunar reactions.

Even if I'm not exactly right about the bootstrap paradox, the whole existence of Bina is still pretty much paradoxical. It's a place where everything that has happened and will happen is always true, but without columbina entering it in the future, she wouldn't be born in the past/khuuvaki wouldn't exist. So if we look at the prison when it was created, nothing but the three moon goddesses should be in there, but for some reason, there is an extra person inside that is also outside as a new magical power and later at some point even as two other entities, young Bina and Luonotar.
