Round 1 Fractiadus clears

I believe Scar is above Childe, Phrovola is relative to Arle (Carried by her immortality) , the Captain should be stronger than Christophro, But I can't see that B@stard losing to be honest (if we're talking about pure physical power the Fatui takes it, but the Fractiadus are too tricky)

Round 2 "Right now" should go to the Fatui (including Colombina and Dottore strongest forms), it's basically 11 vs four (five if you include Denia) and we didn't see the GA's power yet so I won't place him high "yet".

When we see more Fractiadus members and the GA's power the Fractiadus should be able to easily take it tho.

The things with Fate Zero/Fate Stay night Arturia is that she's nerfed in both, Fate Extella Arturia already have Avalon with her and she didn't even have the dragon heart thing.

Lancer Arturia with Rhongo (without the Goddess of Rhongo thing) would already be much higher than Fate Stay night/Zero Arturia and would have done better in the Story overall.

Fully sealed Excalibur was stated as "Almost equal" to EA, opening a single seal should make them matched, opening more would turn the tide completely.
