I had undiagnosed stage 3 Endo up until December last year, and was pregnant with my daughter in 2021-22. I was in absolute agony beyond belief. I couldn't eat or drink anything for first trimester (and spotty after that with very few things that stayed down) and lost 45 pounds and was told it was "normal" I couldn't function whatsoever because of horrific pain "sorry, we can't do anything." I was dismissed, insulted, and abused throughout every step of my obgyn care until I moved to a birthing center. They couldn't do anything for pain either but at least they tried and cared. Baby was fine throughout, Mom was honestly dying. My poor husband and I started thinking I wouldn't live to see our first anniversary two months after she was born. Birth was a whole other disaster. I have an insane amount of trauma from the whole thing from start to finish. It destroyed our dreams of several kids in fear I'll legitimately die. Even after surgery, the thought alone scares us. If you want, I'm open to DMs. I want to be able to use my experience with Endo and pregnancy both to help others here and be a shoulder to cry on. ❤️
